National Night Out 2019

Tuesday, August 6th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sugar Shack Campground in Thornton, NH

This event is hosted by Waterville Valley PD, Thornton PD, Campton PD and C/T Fire Department.  Last year was an evening full entertainment and fun for all evening with the raindrops.  This year is looking to be even better.

Please come out for a free community event and enjoy meeting neighbors, playing games, eating good food, watching talented demonstrations, laughing and enjoying a few hours of fun!

If you would like to volunteer to help during the evening, participate in the antique car show, set up a booth of your interest, share a talent, please sign up or e-mail; admin@thorntonnhpd.org.

Cram-A-Cruiser for Thanksgiving

It’s that time again! Our second Annual Cram-A-Cruiser Thanksgiving Food Drive. Visit us at Walmart in Plymouth on Saturday, November 10th from 10 AM to 1 PM. If you or someone you know is in need help with Thanksgiving, please send an e-mail to admin@thorntonnhpd.org. All requests will be confidential. Please e-mail by November 10th so we can make sure to get requests ready for delivery.

We had great success last year and hope to do even better this year. Thanks for your support!

Please join us in welcoming our New Chief of Police, Kenneth Miller.  Chief Miller took the Oath of Office on Friday, April 28, 2017.  His first day with the Police Department is May 1, 2017.  Welcome Chief Miller to the community and congratulations on your appointment.  Please feel free to stop in at the police department and introduce yourself to our new Chief of Police.
